Our story

Kinder Souls began with a simple belief: every child deserves support that sees them as a whole person. Based in Bankstown and delivering support across Sydney, we're a family-run, registered NDIS provider that treats the families we work with like our own. From our first conversation, our focus is on understanding your child — their strengths, their goals and the things that make them light up — and building support around them.

Person-centred, always

No two children are the same, so no two support plans should be either. We listen first, plan together with families and support coordinators, and adapt as your child grows. Our team brings warmth, patience and real experience supporting children with autism and complex needs — turning everyday moments into gentle opportunities to learn, connect and thrive.

As a registered NDIS provider and a Child Safe Organisation, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of safe, inclusive, high-quality care. We're proud to support culturally diverse families and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, and to deliver care with dignity, cultural understanding and respect at its centre.
