As the director and General Manager at Kinder Souls, my role covers a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the overall success and smooth operation of the organization. I am involved in strategic decision-making, setting company goals and objectives, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing various departments. My leadership involves ensuring that the company’s mission and values are maintained. Additionally, I take charge of financial decision making, managing budgets and resource allocation to drive the company to success.

As the strategic planning and decision-making of Kinder Souls, I play a pivotal role in shaping our long-term goals and objectives. I provide leadership, guiding diverse departments to ensure our collective efforts align with the overall direction of the company. Additionally, I try to build good relationships with others, like parents, clients, and fellow workers to achieve the best outcomes for support.

In my role as a Director, I deal with high-level strategic planning and decision-making to guide the overall direction of the organisation. This involves setting key objectives, shaping policies, and overseeing the implementation of major initiatives. In my role, I manage rosters by creating and maintaining schedules for teams or employees. This involves coordinating work shifts and optimizing staffing levels to meet operational needs efficiently. As a Team Leader, I support and guide our support workers to deliver consistent, high-quality care. I help match the right worker to each child, keep our team motivated, and make sure every family feels heard, supported and confident in the care their child receives.

As Client Relations Manager, I'm often the first friendly point of contact for families. I take the time to understand each child's needs, help families navigate their supports, and keep communication between our team and the people we support warm, clear and responsive.

As Compliance Officer, I make sure Kinder Souls meets the highest standards of safety, quality and NDIS practice. I keep our policies, training and record-keeping up to date so that every family can trust the care their child receives is safe, ethical and delivered with care.
