As the director and General Manager at Kinder Souls, my role covers a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the overall success and smooth operation of the organization. I am involved in strategic decision-making, setting company goals and objectives, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing various departments. My leadership involves ensuring that the company’s mission and values are maintained. Additionally, I take charge of financial decision making, managing budgets and resource allocation to drive the company to success.

In my role, I manage rosters by creating and maintaining schedules for teams or employees. This involves coordinating work shifts and optimizing staffing levels to meet operational needs efficiently.
